Here is my perspective. Valencia Management has a number of great implements offered to assist HOA's and Boards in their jobs! The property manager is key to the relationship between the Board/HOA and the managing company. We are so satisfied with our property manager and know she is trying her best to cover all of our bases, which encompass 10 ball fields! I recently referred Tampa Terrace to Valencia and I understand from the President, Marilyn Gutierrez that you are signed, sealed and delivered. Congratulations!
