Living in a Homeowner's Association brings upon some additional responsibilities.  One of these is to obtain prior approval from the Architectural or Design Review Committee for changes to the exterior of your home, including Landscape and Hardscape changes.

Your application should include all relevant materials including the Home Improvement Form available below, a plot plan, elevation drawings, brochures, drainage, and location of plant material with common names as appropriate for your individual submittal. Please remember that there must be enough information provided to the Committee to understand your application in its entirety.

In completing the Home Improvement Form for submission please make sure to fill out the Association Name, Homeowner Name, Address, Phone Numbers, Sign, Date, and complete the "Projects Being Submitted" section on the bottom half of the form.

The Neighbor Statement should be filled out for all homeowners who you expect to be affected by your project. Most Associations require, at a minimum, that the neighbors to both sides complete this form which is not an approval form but rather a chance for them to comment on your proposed changes.
