Requests for Escrow Demands and Lender Questionnaires must be made on-line at www.condocerts.com. Payment is required in advance for most items and CondoCerts charges a delivery fee of $25.00 for Lender Questionnaires and $29.00 for Escrow Demands. Extra fees may apply depending on the method you request for delivery of documents.
