Educational Services

Board of Directors training is held at our office on a regular basis. This consists of a review of your governing documents, familiarization with state and federal laws, and the Board meeting process.

 

Developer Services

Working with the developer controlled Board is a unique challenge, and one we accomplish with balance, while maintaining a fair and cooperative relationship with everyone involved. It is important to remember that the Developer Board members have a fiduciary duty to the Association when making decisions as a Board member.
