Is your Manager Certified?
As of July 1, 2003
managers are required to supply this information as part of their
disclosure prior to entering into a contract with your Association,
and annually thereafter. All our senior managers at Valencia Management Group
are Certified. They all hold the highest designations available in the
Community Association Management field, the Certified Community
Association Manager (CCAM®) and Professional Community Association
Manager (PCAM®) designations. Please see the

How about the critical area of financial
management?
Who will be producing the financial reports and
checks, the lifeblood of your Association? At Valencia Management
Group it is handled by one of the co-owners, a state licensed
Certified Public Accountant with over twenty years experience at top
100 accounting firms.
Do you pay more for our qualified staff?
Not
really, if you compare the bottom line costs. All management firms
should provide education, experience and ethics as a regular part of
their service.
How are we able to do this?
It's really very
simple, we choose to manage only larger Associations with dedicated
Boards. We then work more efficiently as a result of better systems
and equipment. Our office is highly automated, featuring high-speed
folder/inserting, postage systems, relational database, and accounting
systems designed specifically for the work we do. |
